About Us

As a coaching team we have a years of experience developing players from beginners through to representative players. We work at venues all around London, currently working at the MCC Academy at Lord's, Ealing Cricket Club, Latymer Upper School, Inner London Borough Cricket, and Middlesex Cricket Board.

James Williams - Owner and Head Coach

ICC level 3 coach ECB Club Coach, ECBCA member,

James has 25 years of coaching experience and has developed a coaching philosophy which allows all students to uncover their potential. He has worked for many years in the Middlesex performance pathway. Head coach at 2 Middlesex League Clubs and has coached around the world.

Varun Agnish - Coach

ICC level 3 coach ECBCA member

Coaching is Varun's passion, the desire to see students develop and improve as players and people and achieve their dreams, drives this passion. He coaches several international and professional players both male and female, focusing on the development of sound technique which provide the optimum chance of sucess at any level.

Michael Payne - Coach

ECB level 3 coach ECBCA member

Michael has been coaching for many years now and has experienced coaching at all levels. As a former MCC young cricketer and current Buckinghamshire captain, his experience at the higher echalons of the game is invaluable for those who students who which to travel the path to professional cricket.
